rokaplay does not receive payment data from purchases made through platforms or stores. Payment processing is handled by the respective platform or store provider.
Where data is processed by platform providers or online service providers, such providers may be independently responsible for their own data processing. Please also refer to the privacy notices of the platform, console, launcher, or online service you use.
To improve the stability of our games, crash reports, error logs, and technical diagnostic data may be processed. This data helps identify technical issues, reproduce errors, and provide updates or patches.
Crash and error data may include information about the game version, platform, device configuration, operating system version, time of the error, and technical processes immediately before a crash.
Where such data is processed through platforms, engines, middleware, online services, or technical service providers, the processing is subject to the respective provider’s privacy terms and technical requirements. rokaplay generally only receives access to such information to the extent necessary for error analysis, quality assurance, or support.
Some of our games may support online features, multiplayer features, crossplay, or cross-progression. To provide these features, it may be necessary to process technical identifiers, platform IDs, user IDs, save data, session data, connection data, or other function-related information.

Such content may be stored locally on your device, in cloud saves, or through platform and online services. Depending on the game and platform, such content may also be shared with other players or made available for online features.
Please do not create or share content that contains personal data about yourself or other individuals unless this is expressly intended by the relevant feature.

Support requests are stored for as long as necessary to handle the request, maintain a record of the communication, analyze errors, or comply with legal obligations. Support data that is no longer required will be deleted or anonymized unless legal retention obligations apply.
